Leadership Advancement Scholarship (LAS) is a limited scholarship at Central Michigan University that provides funds for school while also providing leadership training. As a top leadership program in the country, it teaches how to be an effective leader and develops leadership skills and tools that prove to be useful during and beyond college. Students who qualify will live in the same residence hall together, take specific leadership classes together, participate in conferences and volunteer opportunities, and build lasting relationships with their own cohort and others.
